Corporate Reporting and Compliance
CaptureOnce provides Management with comprehensive access to data collected at store locations. Each organization assigns access to designated individuals.
The CaptureOnce back-office system enables two critical activities:
- Daily paperwork compliance
- Future access to documents for chargeback reconciliation
Compliance Management
CaptureOnce provides invaluable tools to ensure routine compliance with activation requirements. With the CaptureOnce dashboard, management can view paperwork compliance quickly and easily.
At a high level, the dashboard will show which locations collected which information; and more importantly, which locations, individuals and transactions were missing information. Such visibility enables centralized management and field management the ability to take corrective action immediately – as opposed to when it’s too late.
Document Storage and Retrieval
CaptureOnce becomes your online data storage “safe.” With the CaptureOnce system in place, your Accounting or Commission Reconciliation group now has easy and immediate access to the documents and information needed to challenge carrier commission chargebacks.
Traditionally, most wireless agents who challenge commission chargebacks had to rely on paper boxes and envelopes that may or may not contain the information required to support a valid activation. CaptureOnce eliminates the paper, digging, overnight charges, storage charges, etc., and dramatically speeds up the document-retrieval process.
With CaptureOnce, your Accounting group simply logs on, performs a search for the information you need and gives the end user the ability to print supporting documentation.* You have immediate access to all the documents collected at the time, including Driver’s License, secondary I.D.s, signatures, carrier agreements, etc.
Reliable information and speed are the keys to collecting lost commissions from chargebacks. The CaptureOnce system provides both.
Identifying Valid Activations
Wireless carrier contract requirements differ, but in general the carriers require specific information in order to be paid for a “valid” activation.
The chart below indicates what the top carriers typically require for a valid activation. Keep in mind this is in addition to the other information that you would normally collect through your point of sale system, such as IMEI, ESN, MAC ID, phone model, etc. CaptureOnce can also record this information for you.
