Once installed and set up, the system is ready to go. CaptureOnce can be used at a single location, or across a chain of hundreds or even thousands of locations and machines.

CaptureOnce becomes the vehicle for the transaction. The sales associate begins by simply scanning the customers Driver’s License or photo I.D. into the system. CaptureOnce’s intelligent system recognizes the information on the I.D. and populates the Data Bar with customer information such as name, address, driver’s license number, date of birth, etc.

Databar

The Data Bar’s unique “floating” capability makes it extremely user-friendly. Information from the Data Bar can be easily dragged and dropped into carrier activation websites, point-of-sale systems and more. This simple, straightforward process improves accuracy, ensures that all data is entered uniformly into corresponding systems and dramatically speeds up the process.

CaptureOnce electronically captures the customer’s signature on the appropriate documents. With the Print to CaptureOnce function, the carrier agreement gets uploaded to the CaptureOnce system for signature and subsequent secure storage.

When the associate completes the various activation process and point-of-sale transactions, CaptureOnce securely captures all documents needed for storage, including Driver’s License, Second ID, customer signature, carrier agreement, and if desired, agent’s secondary agreement. Then the system securely archives the information and transmits it to the central corporate database for later review and retrieval.

At the store, the transaction is now complete and no sensitive customer information is left on paper. Store personnel no longer have to be concerned with keeping copies, sending in documents via overnight delivery or other time-consuming, inefficient processes. Your information is locked up tight.
